FOX News Twitter Hacked – Announces Death of President Obama - Photo

Boy, when people say FOX News has made enemies they’re not kidding.

In what seems to be a pretty serious hack Monday morning of the news organizations twitter account @foxnewspolitics, hackers tweeted that President Barack Obama had been shot twice and killed.

The original FOX logo was altered and the text "H4CK3D BY TH3 5CR1PT K1DD3S" added.

The photo below shows the progression of the hoax, first saying the President had been assassinated by two gunshot wounds to the pelvic and neck area and bled out, and later congratulating Vice President Joe Biden in his new role as Commander in Chief.

The hackers said that Obama had been shot at Ross Restaurant in Iowa while on a campaign function, and later tweeted condolences to the country for the assassination that occurred on the fourth of July Holiday.

FOX later responded with a news release indicating they were aware of the problem saying,

“Fox News Twitter feed for political news was hacked early Monday morning.

Hackers sent out several malicious and false tweets claiming that President Obama had been assassinated. Those reports are incorrect, of course, and the president is spending the July 4 holiday with his family.

The hacking is being investigated, and FoxNews.com regrets any distress the false tweets may have created.”

We can only imagine the initial panic people felt after seeing the original comments and there was, indeed, quite a stir when this news broke.

Note to hackers:

Next time, please try to hack into Sarah Palins account – she needs to be knocked down a couple pegs.

Rep. Weiner to Press: Ok, Ok, It's My Weiner

New York Congressman Anthony Weiner has finally owned up to sending a pic of his di- ... err, disco stick.

Son of a B, I really screwed the pooch on this one.

Earlier today, Rep. Weiner held a press conference to explain the whole dicky sticky situation, saying:
"Last Friday night, I tweeted a photograph of myself, that I intended to send as a direct message, as part of a joke, to a woman in Seattle. Once I realized I had posted it to Twitter, I panicked, I took it down, and said that I had been hacked."
As part of a joke, you say? So, what was the joke, "Hey baby, wanna see something funny?"?

I, for one, am glad he decided to crack a funny, because I've gotten quite the chuckle from this whole "Weiner Scandal".

Weiner admits to exchanging sexually explicit photos with "at least six women," with whom he was having "inappropriate conversations" online.

Weiner also wants us to know that he has "never met with these women, nor... had physical relationships at any time."

You've gotta give the guy credit for putting his last name to good use. It's all about name recognition, baby!

Here's the super sexy picture that Weiner accidentally posted to his Twitter:

Rep. Weiner's Weiner Tweet
The owner of this weiner is no longer in question.
You're welcome.

My biggest problem with this whole scandalous sitch, is this: How can this man be expected to handle any sort of government decisions, if he can't even figure out a simple thing like Twitter?

So far, Rep. Weiner and his wife are planning to stay together.

Fun Fact: Weiner's wife, Huma Abedin, works as an aide for Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. I wonder if Hillary had any advice to offer Huma?

Girl talk!

Sometimes, the news practically writes itself.

Help Stephen Colbert Turn His ‘ColbertPAC’ Into a ‘Super PAC’

The time is at hand my friends.

Here is our opportunity to propel Stephen Colbert into the annals of the American political system.

Allow him to wield the mighty sword of capitalism in an attempt to influence the very survival of the most tested politicians - in a way that only Colbert knows how to do.

And just how does he plan to do it? He doesn’t know yet.

Who is he going to try and influence? He doesn’t know yet.

But he does know that it he can create a PAC (Political Action Committee) to raise free money, he will use its power for the good of our great country.

But suddenly, big corporate America stepped in and said he couldn’t do it. They said no to his dreams.

But it is not over yet.

Jay the Intern's pony is rested, watered and ready to take Steven's super PAC forms to Washington, D.C.
