Video - Fire at Rihanna Concert Cancels Show – Fans Evacuated

It was a big night in Dallas Texas for Rihanna fans last night.

A fire broke out on stage during the singer’s concert at the American Airlines Center and caused a near panic and the cancellation of the show.

It appears that a pyro pack attached to the upper lighting rig either didn’t go off correctly or exploded prematurely causing a section of the rig to catch fire and quickly filling the arena with smoke.

A local CBS affiliate reported sparks and chunks of burning material fell back down onto the stage starting additional fires near a section of curtains and equipment.

It was all caught on video by a fan in the audience, and you can hear by his voice that things got very close to raging out of control.

As the fire grew, stage hands turned on the house lights and stopped the show. The guy taking the video can be heard talking to his friend about what would happen if they had to evacuate.

At one point he grew concerned about being trampled if things got out of control.

Finally a crew member was able to climb up to the rig and used a fire extinguisher on the blaze while the crowd erupted in cheers.

The show however, had to be cancelled due to safety concerns.

The singer took to her twitter account afterwards to say,

"DALLAS!!! We set the stage on FYAH tonight!!! LITERALLY!!! I'm so pissed, I was havin so much fun with yall too!!! I gotta come back man!!"

Rihanna is currently on the road for her U.S. “Loud” tour.

The singer recently announced that she has added an additional tour stop in Birmingham Alabama on July 11th at the Jefferson Civic Center Arena.

All profits from the show will be used to benefit local community relief efforts stemming from the devastating tornadoes that tore through the area last month.

From there her July shows continue on to Atlanta, Sunrise Florida, Greenboro North Carolina, Long Island New York, East Rutherford New Jersey, and Philadelphia.

Starting in August she will take her show overseas to Finland, Norway, Ireland, London, Scotland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, and Switzerland.

Chris Brown Has Violent Outburst On GMA – Smashes Window

Chris Brown exploded in a violent outburst on this morning’s Good Morning America. The singer was there to promote his new album F.A.M.E. and perform two songs.

But instead of taking questions about the new album, Brown was repeatedly asked about his legal woes and his women beating Rihanna problems.

Brown tried to redirect the questions, and was visually upset when host Robin Roberts continued to ask about the Rihanna incident.

After performing a song from the album he ran backstage and became so load and violent that security was called.

Brown was so enraged that he tore off his shirt and smashed out a plate glass window that overlooks Broadway and glass fell to the street. By the time security got there Brown had already ran from the building – failing to perform his second song.

Outside he got into it with a producer and had to be separated by people watching.

Brown later took to Twitter saying:

"I'm so over people bringing this past s**t up!!! Yet we praise Charlie sheen and other celebs for there bulls**t."

That tweet was quickly removed and replaced with:

"All my fans!!! This album is for you and only you!!! I'm so tired of everyone else!! Honestly!! I love team breezy!!"

Looks like this guy has some serious anger problems. If he is cited for breaking the window he could go to jail because he is still on probation from beating up Rihanna.

Oh Hollywood, you make things so interesting.

It's About to be a....GIRLFIGHT!

I love a good cat fight.  So, news that Rihanna and Ciara have recently busted out their ghetto claws?  Music to my ears.

Apparently, Ciara was on E!'s Fashion Police last night.  (Side note: Joan Rivers is my idol.)  Ciara and Joany were going off on an outfit recently worn by Rihanna.  Then, CiCi decided to throw in a comment about Rihanna not being the friendliest gal, saying "I ran into her recently at a party, and she wasn't the nicest, and it's crazy because I've always loved and respected what she's done with fashion and I ran into her before but this time it was just, it wasn't the most pleasant run-in."  Umm ok?  I thought this was "Fashion Police", not "Middle School Trash Talk".

Well, RiRi got mad pissed, so she took to her Twitter, as any grown woman should in a case like this, saying:  "My bad ci, did I 4get to tip u? #howrudeofme"  She also went on to Tweet: "Good luck with bookin that stage u speak of."  To which Ciara responded, "Trust me Rhianna u dont want to see me on or off the stage"

Now, if I were Rihanna, I'm sure I would've shot back with something like, "DUH I don't wanna see you on no stage! Girrrl you stank!"  But no... Rihanna's people just HAD to jump in and handle the situation, forcing her to do the lady-like thing and Tweet this apology: "Ciara baby, I love u girl! U hurt my feelings real bad on TV! I'm heartbroken! That's y I retaliated this way! So sorry! #letsmakeup"

Ciara Responded in kind, accepting Ri's apology with this simple tweet: "Rhi u know its always been love since day 1! Doing shows/everything. you threw me off in that party! Apology accepted. Let's chat in person." And just like that, they're friends again!  Stories like this just warm my heart.

We don't know how they do it, but they did it.

TMZ has acquired the police photo of singer Rihanna taken just moments after her beating by Chris Brown.

The LAPD, seeming to run for cover, also released a statement:

"The LAPD does not and will not release any victim's photos. It's that simple. We have not."

Brown, 19, was arrested for the beating, while the Grammy Awards Ceremony he was supposed to appear at went on - without him. He was released from jail on $50,000 bail.

Rihanna , who turns 21 today, is cooperating with police.

Brown issued a statement last week apologizing, and said he was seeking counseling. He is due in court on March 5.

Chris Brown Arrested For Assaulting Girlfriend Rihanna

Singer Chris Brown has been arrested for felony battery after a violent incident on Saturday night.

The LAPD was investigating Brown for assault after a domestic violence felony battery against the singer's girlfriend, Rihanna, in Los Angeles.

Both Brown and Rihanna cancelled their appearance at the Grammy Awards Sunday night.

Brown turned himself in to police on Sunday night, and was held on $50,000 bail. He posted bail and was released later in the evening.

The LAPD said the singer and his girlfriend were in a car on North June St. in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles, where she claims an argument occurred. She said Brown stopped the car and she suffered "visible injuries" and identified Brown as her attacker.

On Saturday evening, the two walked the red carpet at the Grammy Salute to Industry Icons honoring Clive Davis at the Beverly Hilton, and were later seen together inside the party.

Rihanna was set to perform and was nominated for three awards, while Brown was nominated for two awards.
