Remiglio "Remy" Gonzalez, the former left-hand man of the "Cake Boss" himself Buddy Valastro has been charged with sexually assaulting a minor. He was arrested August last year after a 14-year-old girl accused the "Cake Boss" cast-member of sexually assaulting her in Hoboken, East Hanover and Florham Park between July 1, 2009, and March 8, 2010.
Gonzalez was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault, two counts sexual assault, two counts endangering the welfare of a child, two counts aggravated criminal sexual conduct and two counts criminal sexual conduct.
